Annual Golf Tournament To Benefit Cancer Organizations
Despite the cold and rainy weather on Friday, September 8, the 2018 Bob Struble Memorial Golf Tournament was a huge success! Bob Struble, longtime Wichita Festivals volunteer, passed away from cancer in 2005. This charity event is held for golfers to come out and have a good time while supporting cancer research and care. Proceeds benefit Wichita Festivals, Inc., The Hope Funds for Cancer Research and the Wichita Cancer Foundation. We are so appreciative to have been chosen as one of the cancer organization recipients. The WCF hopes to continue to grow in partnership with this event for many years to come. Thank you to Don Birmingham, Weston Cooper, Jason Ladner and Richard Holt for representing WCF on the golf course!
