Cardiologist, Cardiovascular Consultants of Kansas, P.A.
Dr. Aziz Maksoud is a practicing interventional cardiologist with Cardiovascular Consultants of Kansas here in Wichita, Kansas. Dr. Maksoud is a graduate of the American University of Beirut Medical School in Beirut, Lebanon. He then came to the United States for the remainder of his training. He completed his residency training in general internal medicine at the University of Kansas Medical School in Wichita. He went on to complete his cardiovascular training at the University of Kansas Medical School in Kansas City, and rounded out his training in interventional cardiology at the University of Connecticut Medical School. Dr. Maksoud is board certified in internal medicine, general cardiology, interventional cardiology and nuclear cardiology. He is an active member of St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church. He is married to Mirna Yacoub and has three children, Patrick, Joey and Liana. He loves to make a difference in the lives of others, which is one of the reasons he is so proud to serve on the Wichita Cancer Foundation Board of Directors.
